Stakeholder engagement and dialogue are seen as crucial for the success of this activity.

There are numerous ways how stakeholders can be involved

  • SMEs, entrepreneurs and startups will be studied through exploratory interviews
  • Business school and university alumni will be interviewed in an online survey
  • Interviews will be carried out with other experts from the target groups and relevant stakeholders;
  • SMEs and entrepreneurs are sought to be won for participation in e-leadership course demonstration at business schools, inlcuding online courses (MOOC)
  • Five workshops with experts over the lifetime of the project will deliver expert feedback to the research and demonstration approaches chosen.

A service contract has been awarded in December 2013 by the European Commission to a consortium led by empirica to undertake this work.
